How to cook the most delicious hell’s house in Australia
The most authentic cooking from a traditional, Victorian home is on sale in Melbourne’s west.
The Hell’s Kitchen is a unique cooking utensil that features the original and classic Victorian style, with modern additions such as a meatball trimmings, a fried dough dish and a dish of sausages and gravy.
The kitchen is designed to be a place where the traditional Victorian ingredients are preserved, so you can taste the flavours of this part of Victorian history.
It’s a special offering, and you’ll be surprised how good the ingredients are.
The Kitchen will be on display at the Melbourne Market from December 1 to February 5.
A selection of the dishes will also be available for sale at the Market, including:Meal 1: Meatball Trimmings (12g)A plate of meatballs served with a side of gravy and fried dough.
Meal 2: Fries (15g)Creamy mashed potatoes, bacon and a side.
Meadow & Wollongong: Baked Biscuit (15c)A biscuit baked with whipped cream and served with milk.
Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, 7:30am-4pmThe Hells Kitchen has been serving up its own special dishes since the Victorian kitchen was built in 1888.
It was built to serve as a meeting place for Victorian craftsmen, but has now become an all-inclusive venue for the community.
It will be open to the public from December until February, but you can’t miss the opportunity to see the Hells cook in action.
